Vonoto is designed to process PDF and document files with minimal data retention.

This policy explains what data is processed, why it is processed, how long it is kept, and how privacy is handled across free and future paid tools.

Uploaded Files

When you use a tool, your uploaded files are sent to the server only so the selected operation can be completed.

Examples include merging PDFs, splitting PDFs, converting images to PDF, converting PDF pages to images, and converting Word or Excel files to PDF.

Temporary Files: 2 Days

Uploaded files and generated results are temporary files.

They are planned to be automatically deleted after 2 days.

This temporary storage is used so you can download your processed result shortly after the operation finishes.

Files are not intended to be stored permanently unless a future account-based feature clearly says otherwise.

Generated Results

If a tool creates one output, Vonoto provides one direct download.

If a tool creates multiple outputs, Vonoto packages them into a ZIP file for easier download.

AI Tools

AI features such as Summarize PDF, Translate PDF, Chat with PDF, Extract Tables, and Generate Quiz may send extracted text from your document to the configured AI provider.

Do not upload confidential files to AI tools unless you accept that extracted text may be processed by the configured AI provider.

AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.

Ads And Analytics

The website may use advertising services such as Google AdSense and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Search Console.

These services may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy policies.

Ad and analytics integrations should be configured transparently before production launch.

Security

Vonoto aims to process files securely, but no online file processing service can guarantee absolute security.

Production deployment should include file size limits, validation, abuse protection, and monitoring.
